Day 20: 365 Days of Motivation for Widows

“Never, never, never give up.”    –Winston Churchill

Every day you probably feel like giving up. Every day. But you don’t. You can’t. You have to keep moving, learning, growing, and adapting to your new life.

So many people have asked me how I made it through it when so often people stay in that victim mentality. The answer is really simple. The answer is, I didn’t have a choice. That is really how I felt. I felt like I had to go on, I had to keep trying, and I had to make it work. Just when you don’t think you can make it through another day like this–angry and sad–things start to get better. You just have to give it all you have to give every day. Giving up is not an option.
