Questions

I talk a lot. Sometimes, I talk too much. I started thinking. Maybe you all would like to ask some questions. I know when I go through things I have never been through before, I have a lot of questions.

Please, keep in mind, I am not a counselor, therapist, or doctor. I do have some experience in some specific areas.  I can share what I did and I can share what worked for me. I cannot, and am not attempting to, give professional advice. If you need or want professional advice, please seek a professional.

Professional grief counselors, social workers,  therapist, and doctors can be a huge help when you feel like you are drowning. We all feel like that at one point or another and there is no shame in getting help. Afterall, if your car was broken and you didn’t know how to fix it, you would see a mechanic. Please take care of yourself in the same way. You deserve it.

With that said, if you have a question or want to compare notes, leave me a comment below. I will answer comments at least twice a week (Wednesdays and Fridays). I am going to try to answer them nightly.
